I just had an idea how this would work out nice and would even be very fun: Pilots working for concord or other npc-fleets would get missions of scanning contraband at the gates. Let's say, it would take some 10 minutes of sitting at the gate ...

Ah yes, people can warp straight to me, but how they'll find me if I've made safespots billionz of km's away? The scanner range is limited isn't it? And furthermore, does scanner show coordinates? It may show that I am somewhere in there, but no...
